I am glad you are considering starting or continuing your therapeutic journey. When everything in life seems overwhelming, it takes courage to reach out. Telling your story, making space for your feelings, and honoring your experiences can be freeing.
As your therapist, I offer a warm, compassionate and open presence. My aim is to provide a safe space for you to listen to and deepen your connection with yourself. This will enable you to have a better understanding of your needs and how to meet them. Our work together involves allowing space for you to embrace and own your story, and live a more integrated life.
I use an eclectic, trauma informed approach to therapy which allows me to meet the unique needs and experiences of my clients.
My approach is holistic and collaborative; it takes elements from Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
I have experience in running short term and long term therapy as needed.
